2. Data can be incomplete or out of date

Property and listing information comes from third-party data providers, public records and listing sources, including sellers. It is not verified by ESTI, Inc.. It can be incomplete, out of date or not match our systems, which can lead to wrong listing details or estimates that are too high.

Measurements and areas are approximate. Data shown by ESTI, Inc. may not reflect all real estate activity in the market. Properties shown may or may not be listed by the office or agent presenting the information. Verify all information yourself.

3. Metrolist

ESTI's estimates and other numbers made by our algorithms do not use Metrolist data.

4. Agent referrals

When you request a showing, we share your details with a partner real estate agent or broker. ESTI may receive a referral fee from the agent. You are free to work with any agent you choose.
