Share or Save asks me to create an account, but I'm signed in

Sometimes your browser keeps an old sign-in. To fix it:

  • Open the account menu (your initials, top right) and click Log out
  • Log in again with the same option you signed up with
  • Reload the home and try again

If it keeps happening, and tell us which browser you use.
