Create a free account

Click Create free account at the top of any page. Then choose one:

  • Continue with Google
  • Your email address. ESTI emails you a sign-in link. Open it on the same device and you come right back to where you were.

There's no password to remember. If you had a password on the old ESTI site, the email link works for you too.

Welcome to ESTI

New accounts finish with one short step: your first and last name, and at least one city where you invest. Your name goes on the homes and reports you share. Your cities pick the Profit Picks we show you.

Log in

Click Log in and use the same option you signed up with. Log in never creates a new account: if there is no ESTI account for that email, we tell you so and you can create one instead.

Didn't get the email? Check your Junk or Spam folder, then try Resend link. More help: I didn't get the sign-in email.
