Open Profile from the account menu (your initials, top right). There you can:
- Change your first and last name, and add a mobile number
- Verify your phone for higher limits
- See how many homes you analyzed today
- Find your reports under My reports
- Turn ESTI news and tips emails on or off
Your markets
When you joined, you picked the cities where you invest. If you ticked "Email me new Profit Picks in these cities", ESTI saved a search for each one, which you can change or turn off on the Saved searches page. You can look at any city's Profit Picks at any time with the city picker.
To change your saved cities, and we'll update them.
Deal defaults, also in the account menu, set your own starting scope, finish, financing, closing and agent fees for every home.
