Daily limits
Updated Oct 19, 2026
Coming soon: daily limits aren't switched on yet. Your Profile already shows your usage, and nothing is blocked.
Free accounts can analyze 25 homes a day. Verify your phone and it's 100 a day, still free.
- A home counts when you open its full profit breakdown, on the website or in Claude or ChatGPT. The same home counts once a day.
- Browsing search and Profit Picks is free and never counts.
- Saved homes: up to 50 on a free account, unlimited with a verified phone.
- Limits reset at midnight Pacific.
