Use ESTI in Claude and ChatGPT

The ESTI connector brings ESTI into your AI assistant. Ask things like "Find me a flip in Sacramento under $500k with at least $80k profit."
- Search for deals by city, ZIP, price, beds, baths, profit or ROI
- Get the full analysis of a home, with comparable sales
- Try your own numbers: price, renovation, finishes, agent fees
- See a city's Profit Picks
Add it to Claude
- Open Settings, then Connectors
- Choose Add custom connector and paste https://mcp.esti.com/mcp
- Sign in with your ESTI account (or create one) and click Allow
Add it to ChatGPT
Coming soon: ESTI in ChatGPT's app directory.
The connector only looks things up. It never changes anything in your ESTI account. Homes you analyze there count toward the same daily total as the website.
