Profit Picks

Profit Picks are ESTI's short list of homes for sale in a city with a strong estimated profit after renovation, backed by recent nearby sales.

ESTI refreshes every city's picks early each morning (around 3 AM Pacific). Before a home is listed, ESTI checks its property record. Homes that have sold, come off the market or become rentals drop off the list.

Pick any city at the top of the Profit Picks page. ESTI starts with the first city in your account, then the last city you looked at, then one near you. Each city also has a Deal of the week.

If a city has no Deal of the week today, the home page shows one from the nearest ESTI city that has one, and says so under the card. Change city picks another.
