Search and filters

Type a city, ZIP code or address in the search box. ESTI lists the homes there with their estimated profit and ROI, and shows them on a map.

Search in plain English

You can also describe the homes you want, in your own words. For example:

• "3 bed flips under $400k in Phoenix"
• "Profit Picks in Sacramento"
• "Under $300k in Dallas with $40k profit"
• "Tampa homes with 20%+ ROI"

ESTI turns it into the filters below (place, price, beds and baths, profit, ROI, size, status, Profit Picks and sort) and runs the search. Above the results it shows what it understood as chips. Remove a chip to drop that filter, or change it with the filters as usual. Anything ESTI couldn't use, like "pool" or "condo", is listed as ignored. A description can be up to 200 characters.

A city, ZIP or address on its own works as before, with suggestions as you type.

To change your search, edit the search box at the top of the results (on a phone, above the filters). It starts with what you searched, your description or the place, so you can adjust it and search again.

Filters

• Price: a minimum and maximum asking price
• Beds & baths: the fewest bedrooms and bathrooms you want
• Min profit and ROI: only homes ESTI estimates will earn at least that much
• Status: for sale, pending, sold (in the last 12 months) or off market
• More filters: minimum size in square feet

Sort and view

Sort by highest profit, highest ROI, lowest price or largest. Switch between List and Table, or use Export CSV to download the results as a spreadsheet.
