The map

The map next to your results shows a pin for each home with its estimated profit. You can switch the pins to show ROI or price instead.

• A gradient pin is a Profit Pick. A gray pin is an estimated loss, or a home ESTI can't estimate.
• With the pins on ROI, violet pins have an estimated ROI of 20% or more and blue pins 12% to 20%.
• Zoomed out, nearby homes group into a numbered circle. Click it to zoom in. A violet circle has at least one Profit Pick in it.
• Click a pin to see that home. Click its card to open the full breakdown.
• Turn on the "Search as I move the map" switch to load homes wherever you drag.
• A pin with a dash means ESTI can't estimate that home. See "Can't estimate" and why.

On a phone, tap Show map at the bottom of the results, and List at the top right of the map to go back.
