Comparable sales

Comparable sales ("comps") are similar homes nearby that sold recently. ESTI uses them to estimate the sale price after renovation.

  • In estimate: ESTI used this sale for the ARV.
  • Close match: very similar and close by.
  • Good match: similar, but a little further away, older or a different size.
  • Broad match: no close sales were found, so ESTI widened the search. Treat the sale price with extra care.

Each comp shows its sale price, price per square foot, when it sold and how far away it is. Click See all on a map to see them around the home, or click a comp to open its page.
