What ESTI is

ESTI helps you find fix-and-flip deals. Search any US address, city or ZIP and ESTI estimates what each home for sale could earn you after a renovation.

For every home you see:

  • Renovation cost, line by line, for two scopes and three finish levels
  • Sale price after renovation (ARV), from recent sales of similar homes nearby
  • Estimated profit and ROI, which you can change to fit your own plan
  • The comparable sales ESTI used, so you can check the estimate

ESTI is free. Creating an account takes about a minute and needs no credit card.

The numbers are estimates, not appraisals or financial advice. Always check them before you make an offer.
